These could be a great investment property for parents of UVic students... have their kids stay in them while at school, then either rent them out or use them as 'vacation property' for themselves (assuming they live in other parts of the world/Canada).

For the Architects from Pradip Misra Architect Ltd. to design something like this is a nice surprise. My comments shared with Misra in VV forums are usually heavily negative, however, this is quite tasteful from the exterior.

Looking good! I like the design. I just hope they re-pave Shelbourne in front. If you have kidney stones, just drive up and down it a few times. It'll pulverize them in no time.

I have to admit that this is one nice looking project. And it features the ever rare 3br condo! In fact, I don't think this place even has 1br condos, just studios, 2br and 3brs, penthouse lofts and townhomes.

I went past this development on the bus today. it looked like every entrance has stairs! me and my scooter not welcome.

I am not fussy about courtyards where everyone looks at each others balcony.
