I spied people with counters on each end of this overpass today, so it looks like the intersections at either end might get done sometime soon.

What would they do with the intersections?

Hasn't the intersection on the west side of the overpass been redone in recent years?

something I see there a lot on the eastern end is cars coming to a complete stop on that offramp, even though there isn't even a yield sign there. a lot of those cars try to get to the left-turn lane to get on falaise but even some that just want to go straight through do that also. other than that I don't know.
