Property is on Sidney Island a private island access is by boat to the private dick or airstrip. Please call Dave 604-319-1500.

Should we call Dave and help him with his grammar? It looks like there ought to be a comma after Sidney Island, and a period after ‘a private island.’ After that it’s fine.

No this is likely a sales gimmick that would likely work with the Sydney Island crowd.

The area around the present landing strip was full-on natural bush. They trimmed it back to a nice, neat landing strip, much like you'd see at a Brazilian airport. Maybe they need security patrols because there's no place for criminals to hide now.

With a stroke of luck you can make your way to the bunkers and hole up there for a couple of crazy nights.

Used to get the most lovely venison from Sidney island. Wonder if they still do the annual cull?

Dude, we’re trying to be poetic here. Did you not see the windsock on the strip? Good grief.

Is the private dick large enough to accommodate pleasure craft?

On Sidney Island, I’m told it’s not the size that matters.

I’d be more concerned about protection.

Just keep your eye peeled for the little man in the boat.  Can't miss it.

"Dave? Don here from head office. How's the Sidney Island listing going? Any interest?"

"Oh, hey, Don. Ah, no offers yet, but lots of interest. Lots of chatter on social media".

"That's good, what kind of chatter? What are they saying? Are they excited? I'm worried the listing's not sexy enough."

"Ahh, um, actually we seem to be good in that department, boss."

I’d really prefer a ramp then you don’t have to worry about shelter unless you’re heading out in the storm.

i had a 50-foot glass door on my island home too.  i ended up painting it over because i was using way too much windex and it took me too much time.  time away from my stone pizza oven.

The days may be numbered for the European fallow deer that have grazed the landscape bare and destroyed traditional ecosystems on Sidney Island for more than a half century.

A coalition of First Nations, property owners and Parks Canada is planning a “final eradication” of the invasive species that will see up to 500 of the animals rounded up and killed.
