Popped into the show suite at this site today. This project will be built out in two phases. Phase one is the building on the corner of Inverness and Glasgow and is estimated to be complete in February 2017. Phase two still has homes on the site, and the realtor said it would start construction for a couple of years. It's a wood frame building above the underground parking structure.
Phase one is 43 units. One bedrooms are priced at $259,900 to $295,900, one bedroom plus a dens are $345,900 to $374,900, and two bedrooms are $355,900 to $469,900, with that marquee two bedroom suite already sold (4th floor unit with the large balcony facing Inverness and Glasgow).

Aside from some gardening and resolving deficiencies, the Sophia is complete! We took possession yesterday and move in next weekend.
Homewood will be starting construction on Phase 2, which will be built on a consolidation of four SFH lots to the north of Phase 1, in May.

Well, we've only popped in a couple of times, but so far we are impressed and excited. There are a few deficiencies (to be expected), but nothing major. So far, I would say Homewood has been as advertised (very solid). It feels and looks like a well built building. Homewood told us 6 weeks ago when they were going to be done, and by George, they delivered on time.
At this point, I would strongly recommend checking out the second building to someone who is in the market for a pre-sale unit.
