I think this building now has occupancy...

There were still some panels on the eastern wall that needed completion when I walked past earlier today. Landscaping was being put in place at that time as well.

There are definitely lights on inside a couple of units right now.

People are moving in now, so the building must have occupancy. Mods: let's mark this one complete !

People have been living in the Janion for several months now, but the landscaping/ground level isn't entirely complete. I think Escher still needs a bit more exterior work yet. Perhaps the mods can mark it as "almost complete".  ;)

Oh man, what a gorgeous unit!  :construction:

This is the last remaining home at Escher, a just under 1,000 square foot penthouse on the tenth floor. An open house is scheduled tomorrow between 2 and 4PM. The price is $749,900. More info on Citified: http://victoria.citi...r-on-broughton/

I think I'll start a "Go Fund Me" page and see if I can raise the cash to make an offer.

Did you take those photos Mike? How do the common areas look?

It would also be interesting to see the view/outlook from the balcony.

No, these are not my photos. Perhaps I'll have a chance to get a sneak peek and if so I'll post more shots.

Ps, the price is actually $749,900.

Lot of brown and beige in that show suite. Needs a big hot pink rug.

I'm pretty happy with the result. An appropriate amount of setback for that neighbourhood and nice modern finishing at the entrance.

When is move-in here?  I see it still needs a couple exterior panels.

Folks are already moving in, I think. At least lights are on in some of the suites at night and furniture is being moved in. Maybe I'm seeing things but I was under the impression folks were already taking possession.

I see no window coverings.  Maybe they have possession but no occupancy.   Dunno if that's possible.

EDIT:   About 20 sets are moved in, from the 2nd floor up, I'm told.  Finishing touches continuing of course.
