Here's a link to a very good history of the post office/customs building site. http://www.customsho...-April-2014.pdf

We can expect prices to near the $10-million mark for the top-end suite at this project.
Artist's rendering of Customs House, a 57-unit high-end condominium development coming to Government Street at Wharf Street at the foot of the Inner Harbour's causeway. The project's penthouse residences are expected to fetch record prices for condominium suites in the Capital Region.

I think that's the best image that I've seen of this one. It looks good. I like how the windows on the second floor are differentiated so as to suggest the upper portion of a very tall ground floor (the sort of ground floor that a grand historic building would have). Does anybody know what the silver/grey cladding would be on the very top floor?

I'm a big fan of the white stone/tile exterior, as long as it's kept clean. But I'm sure with the strata fees they'll be charging at this place hiring cleaners will be no problem.

Looks like the units are ranging from 618 square feet and from $489,900 so, some in the $792/sq.ft., not $1K sq.ft. neighbourhood.

I was just looking at the floor plans. Whats the deal with the Jr. 1 Bedrooms on floor 3 and 4? They dont appear to be for sale to people like me, but they face inwards in a light well? Seems very strange no?

Just sign up on the website and they will email them to you.
Also looking closer there are shotgun style units with 'lock offs'. Self contained suites within a suite?!?!
