FORGE has leased all the commercial spaces at 989. They said on their Instagram account they expect to open the gym in December. It will be awesome to see some additional life and vibrancy in the area!

The BP folders for this are strange... the BP for units 104-105 specifically states it's for Forge Gym, but the BP for units 101-103 says its for a new spa.

Is 989 done now? Looks like people living there.

According to the What the hell just happened facebook page, there was a significant water leak there today from the 7th floor. Sure enough, there were several Downs restoration vehicles outside when I drove past this evening.
