Given the issues Encore and Jukebox have had reaching completion after topping off doesn't bode well for the timelines of other projects.

989 is another development exceeding my expectations from its renderings. I hope it sets a new standard for future projects in Harris Green and beyond.

I'm just not feeling it... maybe it is just "yet".
I think our bar has been set so low, for so long, that a developer gives a flashy podium and the same old boring box on tip and we are in awe for some reason.

It's pretty crazy how Victoria was just one building away from being a real city after so many years and decades. And on the corner of Vancouver and Johnson of all places.

Too short. From Douglas looking up Johnson it looks like 5 or 6 storeys
