Has anyone taken a look at the CRUs recently? I checked VicMap quickly, and I can see that all three have Building Permits for interior works.
Unit 1: Hair salon (BP on hold)
Unit 2: Maman Restaurant (BP in progress)
Unit 3: Office (BP complete)
