The NDP is currently registering a full provincial affiliate party in Quebec and it will likely be running candidates in the next provincial election.

Do they share contact information as well? ie. if you register with the federal NDP, will the provincial NDP phone you to vote for them?

What about funding? If you donate to the provincial NDP, could it possibly go to the federal NDP?

Nope. That is where the line is drawn because of election finance laws. Everything aside from $ is fair game though.
