Where can one find old MLS listings, say from 10 or so years ago? Is there an archive somewhere or is the only option to do a land titles search?

The wayback machine doesn't seem to have much of mls.ca archived.

Only way really. For example, if you want history for sales in a building a REALTOR® can email to you in 2 minutes.
