I have found this blog both informative and strangely interesting. But most of all it makes me glad to not be living in a condo. I am sure it is perfect for a lot of people but the idea of living in a condo smaller than my library us just something that I can not warm up to.

Condo living used to be more of a lifestyle choice.  Now it's mostly a financial one for a significant portion of buyers.

Couldn’t agree more, how do people live in these tiny cages?  Most condos are smaller than my workout room’s sauna.  Heck, an entire floor of the Wade North building still doesn’t come close to square footage of my house’s health wing, which also has an indoor 50 m pool, tennis and basketball courts in addition to the aforementioned workout room and sauna.  You can’t be healthy and have the body of a Greek god living in a condo, unless you install a mouse wheel.

If I could afford something bigger then I’d live there lol
I don’t even have parking.
Fortunately my mortgage is about half the cost of renting downtown so that works for me

Or perhaps purchase a gym membership.

Sweating in public?  No thanks.  That's why a 2 bedroom is a must for me.

As a single guy condo living is no problem for me, even preferential since I have no patience for things like gardening or jury-rigging. And where I immigrated from it's actually an aspiration to live in amenity rich, well-built condos. In much of the world it's completely normal to raise a family in multi-unit buildings even when you're not poor.

As sedberry said though, it's no longer a lifestyle choice here and a lot of people who don't do well in condos have to live in such a setting anyways. It's the reason why I can't settle for a tiny condo as a starter home and rent instead (although I don't think I could even get approved for a 450 sqft studio nowadays...). Missing out on equity doesn't bother me as much with stonks going to the moon, though.

Good luck with that. Your average VV forumer would be more likely to install a few cheese wheels.

Their unit looks so great - floor plan from the showroom. I like the custom changes they had the designer do. Wish I had had more money 4 years ago for a bigger unit. Maybe in the future I’ll sell my small one and move to a bigger one in the building 🤞

Speaking of which, what has happened to my "VV cheese of the month" delivery?

$ 1750.00 for 401 SQF

I do not know this price is for furnished or unfurnished.
On the header, they have mentioned that the condo is Fully Furnished but in unit detail they said Unfurnished.

The pictures appear to show a furnished unit, at least partially furnished with a couch, bed, tv and a few odds and ends.

Know it all.

Please brie careful that you don't cheese each other off. Give gouda vibes. The rest of us camembert it when you fight.

Your allegation is full of holes. Are you trying to string me along?

Anyway, it's too late to change my original post. It's fetaccompli.
