I can see the cleaning crews going through 3rd floor units - 4th floor units still full of garbage and materials. Maybe some are ready.
Also - some lucky 2nd floor unit got an over range microwave!!!!! I thought the developer was opposed. Maybe installés after walk through by a contractor?

Hi guys,

Our walk-through is on Friday May 14 so I just want to ask if you have seen any specific problem during your walk-thorough.

I appreciate if you have any other suggestion that helps us.

Thank you

The North building?!?  What happened with your unit? Most of us in the North building got possession end of February/ early March.

I think a lot of people in the building haven't read the instruction manual about prepping the oven for "the first time you use the oven".

No problem.

As Marko has said there's more likelihood of the unit getting damaged during the first move-in than prior to the hand-off. Look for scratches in glass, dents in appliances, dents in corners, and major scuffs to the floor. The type of flooring used at this project has natural indentations that can appear scratched or scuffed but it's just the nature of the wood, so don't be too concerned.

Also, ask Anne for guidance. She's walked through nearly a 100 suites and knows what to look for. And don't feel rushed, either. Take your time.

What was the original projected date of completion?

https://victoria.cit...jects-the-wade/

Construction is slated for completion by Christmas of 2018.

By the time I bought in August 2019, they were saying by December 2019.

Delivery of the first phase was just over two years behind the initial projected delivery when pre-sales began. The Johnson Street water pipe burst when they got going mid-2017, which slowed everything way down. Then there was 2020.
