'Historic' land swap would give Beecher Bay band an interest in business park

The Langford Business Park is proposed to create between 3,000 and 4,000 permanent jobs.

It is proposed to have sewer and water servicing and access to provincial Highway 14. The park would be located along Highway 14, about 400 metres from the newly constructed intersection of Westshore Parkway and Sooke Road.

Having high-paying jobs in one’s community is important to everyone in Langford, Metchosin and Beecher Bay, Young says.

Keycorp Developments Ltd. would be development manager of the business park, which would be owned in a partnership agreement among Beecher Bay, Keycorp and its investors.

Same developer as Westhills?

Same developer as Westhills?

Chalk up another for Keycorp! It is the same developer as Westhills, and dam near every other major project in Langford over the past several years. I'd love to peel back the layers of that onion.
