...wonder what food portions are like...
If my experience at one of the Granville Street locations is standard, then the portions are pretty similar to any other burger place (Fatburger, Bin 4, Pink Bicycle etc.). I've never come away hungry and my wallet isn't a lot lighter for the effort.

El Furniture, the first Vancouver Island location for Vancouver-based Warehouse Group's popular chain of food-forward bars, will soon open in the space formerly occupied by The Reef Caribbean Restaurant on lower Yates Street.

Should we be curious as to why this job fair is being held at a nightclub? Owned by the Darcy's folks, that would be a competitor...

I find it a bit curious that they want to do a job fair. Surely they will not have much more than 30 staff, no? And massive turnover will just be a given in the back end. Finding 15 servers and bartenders is easy.

Nice. Saw cooks out front at lunch and the plumber pulling his stuff out at 430. Guess he was the last guy to finish. Total change inside from the Reef.It's open now!
