Pros / Cons of Buying a New SFH with a Realtor

What are the pros and cons of using the services of a REALTOR when buying a brand new single family home from a developer, say in Westhills or Royal Bay?

Both Westhills and Royal Bay can't keep up construction with sales so there is no negotiation on price. Rather than bore you with pros like "I can help you identify the perfect floorplan," etc., I'll give you a legit reason -> http://markojuras.co...ondo-cash-back/

Cash back plus Marko's expertise thrown in to boot.  He might not have any hand in choosing the home you select, but he'll do all the due diligence including reviewing the lot plan and setting (with respect to neighbours etc., maybe things you had not considered) and floorplan, and make sure the contract is tight.

Every realtor will say this exact same thing :) Throw in "top negotiator" to make sure you don't pay a dollar over asking price, etc.

 

The cash back is tangible.
