"five minutes from the downtown core" ? By speedboat maybe. Even the Harbour Ferry would take more than 10 minutes if it went straight downtown. But it usually stops at Fisherman's Wharf. Walking? My wife and I have done that walk many times. Along the Songhees walkway, it would take a good 20 minutes. Maybe they mean driving. Even that, with the 30k zones would take more than five minutes. People should stop bullshitting.

Of course they mean driving.

 

I think by speed boat it would be 11 seconds.

Speedboat is limited to 5 knots I think.  So it's much longer than 5 minutes.

The release of the project's luxury phase, Sapphire, was held back during much of the COVID period. The units are now back as construction is scheduled to begin. This is going to be quite the high-end project, with residences receiving $125 per square foot for custom finishings.
