...if you scroll all the way to the last page of renderings you can see the renderings of the 4-stormy design presented at the Nov 14 community meeting.
And a most stormy design it is. I also love some of the "original" comments from the community meeting:
So to summarize, the building needs to be short and respect the trees.

I don't care how high it is so long as the streetscape is vibrant and well designed.
Imagine the battle on this one though...Cook and Oliphant was a cakewalk.

The four storey design is rather appealing and a color scheme as shown is equally pleasing. Would be nice to make a space for Pic-a-Flic.........they tried to kill vinyl and it's back to stay! Pic-A-Flic adds character to CSV I'd like to see a record shop somewhere on the strip

Isn't there already a broken record shop in Sid Tafler's living room?

As rectangular boxes go I suppose it could be worse.

Why is that stretch of windows blocked on the ground floor facing Cook?

Maybe those are ornamental screen elements similar to the ones running up the higher floors?

Are they still using those non-fire retardant panels?

Perhaps.
It appears there might be some sort of bench or seating in this area. Maybe when additional renderings are made available it will be more clear.

For those wondering, plans are uploaded here: http://www.aragon.ca...mber-7-2017.pdf

46-units in one, two and three-bedroom configurations. Three commercial spaces will occupy the ground floor.
The building will include 78 underground parking stalls plus eight surface stalls for commercial tenants.

I wonder if the 'extra' parking spaces are intended for use as public pay parking? Assuming an assignment of one stall for each of the 46 units there would be 32 'extra' stalls.
