WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CITIFIED VICTORIA
I noticed that the excavation for this project appears to have stopped.
In the summer excavators were seen working the land (lots of blasting, I believe) and they are all gone.

Has anyone driven past this site lately? I did notice a little more progress over the last year but not a whole lot. Note that the post above is from December of 2017.

I live down the street, no movement at all. As well as their Old Island Hwy development that was almost finished (http://anonymousart....ypark.com/#Home)

I do note that the townhouse project along Sooke Road is still progressing, albeit very, very slowly.

Almost to the point one would not notice. Its looked "almost done" for what, 6-8 months now?

Project signs are down and there are Remax 'For Sale' signs up on the fencing
