Uhhh try the Buildings, Signs, and Awnings Bylaw circa 1981, pretty hard to make 2018 development work with a document that is older then I am...
Ah, are you going for variances then? Gotta love outdated bylaws (I am currently struggling with a local area plan that was prepared in 1992...)

Yep, lots of variances. We actually proposed a site specific zone given the challenging nature of the site but Staff wanted it to fit within an existing zone.

As interesting as this design may be, it sure is going to stick out like a sore thumb among the more traditional architecture of Oaklands.

I don't know, both listed units on MLS are still on MLS.

aaaand that's a wrap, lucky homeowners begin moving in at the end of this month. This project was a really challenging site but we are in love with the finished result of bringing AAA architecture to a missing middle form.
