I believe that the ambulance station is owned by the BCEHS, which is a Crown corp, not the Town. It'll be an orphan lot between the Meridian and Cameo (if approved), so hopefully someone can do an attractive single-lot infill development.
I think one of the staff reports on the new fire hall discussed this... pretty sure it said that BC Ambulance only leased that space from a private owner and the lease was up this year. Going to be a tough site to develop, but could also be very cool!

Not sure who the developer is, but the project stats include 1 CRU, 4 3BR, 6 2BR, and 2 1BR units (12 residential units total).
