When I first saw the red brick going up together with two different siding colors and two different window colors I was not a fan. But have to say that with railing details and the false corbels under the soffit beginning to tie things together it's starting to grow on me. Although I think I would have used black window sash & casing in the brick sections rather than white to give it more of the large rooming house feel as suggested by Aastra.

At least some of the units seem to have tilt-and-turn windows -- I've noticed them opened into a unit from the top, and from the side as well.
I hadn't seen these until I rented a vacation place a few years ago and was confused to the point I thought the frame was damaged, which shows my ignorance of window technology.

Off site frontage work is still in progress, so no.
If there is any correlation between active and completed permits, the building permits for the address are still active.

faub entry sounds european
No need to be an SOB about it. I think he means faux entries. Having a bunch of false entrances is a security feature because it confuses burglars.
Or maybe he means fop entries? VV forumers are all about appearances.

At least it's not another fob story. We get too many of those on this board.

Here's the availability listing from Devon as of Dec 9, with amenities and floorplans:
https://devonpropert...ery=residential
It says 4 listings, but the floorplans are generic (e.g., the 755 sq ft unit could be 203, 303, 206, or 306).
