Looks great; looking forward to checking this place out for sure. Bet it'll be hard to get a window seat, heh. Great location - that area had all the energy and buzz of the dark side of the moon in the past. Remember all the naysayers about this development? Wonder where Knot a Yacht is now.....

One of the largest slips is right in front of the restaurant. The yacht will block the view, but at least the restaurant patrons will have interesting yacht decor to ogle.

The interior looks like it is nearing completion. Furniture has been set up.
The construction fencing remains.

Surely they must have been planning to open before this weekend, Swiftsure, but must have run into delays. I mean, a nautically named restaurant, on the harbour, on the weekend all the yachters and family are in town? And they open the week after?
