An Open House is being held at the Juan de Fuca Lower Park Clubhouse (behind the Rec Centre) at 1767 Island Highway in Colwood to commence a public engagement process on two parcels (Subject Properties noted on the image below). This initial Open House is intended to explore options with the community for land use amenities beyond the existing M2 Zoning, and Omicron will submit formal applications to the City of Colwood to rezone each of these parcels in the coming months."
