Considering its age and the fact it's a rental, its held up pretty good, really. But ya, the recessed/underground mall almost, crazy angles and overhangs and steps. I'm sure it has leaked here and there a few times.

Walked by a couple of hours ago, and there is lots of work going on today.

Any chance we could ask you to point the camera in other directions for some shots of town from higher up?

Wonder what it would be like if this one caught fire? What I worry about is not just the one building but also the whole neighbourhood.

In a related James Bay note, it appears that the gas station rebuild at Michigan and Menzies is back on track. Real work being done on the project now.

Yeah i've noticed that as well over the past couple of months. Seem to be working pretty late at night too.

It's been a thorn in the side of James Bay folk for quite a while.

This will be very handy for the older folks who live in James Bay. They don't want to drive all over town and have to find a gas station. I think the closest would be the Shell station just across the bridge in Vic West. It will also stop being an eyesore. Thanks for the shot.
