Highrises closer to a region's traditional core, especially those built in the 1960s, make more sense. Highrises on the top of mountains always seem superfluous to me.

It is actually in a valley, not a mountain top.

Attended an event at One Bear Mountain Last night that has just completed. Impressive project with incredible views and amenities. There are currently 29 units still unsold. The show suite pictures is a 2 bed listed at $929,000 + GST.
