I didn't say that at all. I simply asked the question as to how effective staff can be managing affairs for an indefinite period of time.
We know that staff usually do the heavy lifting when it comes to dealing with constituents and that in the past, an MLA's absences have been handled adequately by their office.
It has been obvious for a while that Ms. Lore hasn't been available, that is why this topic was started and I suspect why she has come forward. I don't blame her for wanting to care for her child but at some point you need to make a decision.
This is a situation without a clear immediate outcome. You still seem to want her to go back to work or have a by-election held quickly unless there is a third option you are thinking of. That career decision will come eventually, but the family needs time to plot a course of action.
