It’ll be the second biggest as 3319 Douglas is at 169 homes

Oof. I generally quite like Aryze's projects, but this looks like a UVic residence building from 1971. And not in a good way. Great spot for some added density though.

Edit: My reaction to was to the original rendering, not the revision! The new proposal looks pretty good and I'm happy to see that it is adding even nore density.
