It’ll be the second biggest as 3319 Douglas is at 169 homes

Oof. I generally quite like Aryze's projects, but this looks like a UVic residence building from 1971. And not in a good way. Great spot for some added density though.
Edit: My reaction to was to the original rendering, not the revision! The new proposal looks pretty good and I'm happy to see that it is adding even nore density.

Better than most of Aryze's designs, although it still kind of looks like a hospital
Perhaps the rendering "icon" for this thread should be amended to reflect the updated proposal.
