Why is it called Se7en? After the critically acclaimed 1995 feature film?

I think Eight or Six would have been a little confusing.

This is a great location for townhomes. That part of the city is like a world away from downtown aesthetically, very charming and quaint yet just steps from the bustle.

The website doesn’t seem to know Johnson Street from Fort.

11 feet wide makes for cozy living.

Definitely, but Pamela Billinghurst will be doing the interiors - I have full confidence she will make the spaces functional and sharp looking.

More details on this project. It's actually quite impressive how much has been fitted into this design, including underground parking, and three-bedroom plus-den double-ended layouts.

The Citified article (aka Aryze press release) fails to mention the price of these units. Being "missing middle" presumably they are affordable?  -_-

It took a lot of time to write that article, actually. It's not a press release.

The price wasn't disclosed to me, because the developer chose not to disclose it. As is standard in the early phase of a boutique project like this, the developer would like prospective buyers to learn about the offering before they can decide what a fair value is, for themselves.

The registration form for this project has the "What is your home budget?" options starting at 1.2 million, so not affordable for me at least :1954_dancing:

Nobody has done more to turn me off from Modernist dwellings than Aryze. Man, do they ever get it consistently wrong with their quasi brutalist square box aesthetic. Just my subjective opinion, but blech.

So far they all sell, and sell for a premium price, so they are doing something right.
