Literally just down the street from us, I like it. Nice to see them re-purposing two perfectly good homes for the Songhees FN which I am sure can put them to good use.

This TLA Developments project seems to be having issues with lenders too.

On March 10th, "HMT HOLDINGS INC" filed petition to start foreclosure on this property against "TLA Group of Holding Companies" via their subsidiary corp for this project "Stirling Living Inc" / "Sterling Living LLP"
