The project is proposed on Tillicum Road just north of Transfer Street (south of Craigflower) with parking access via Lampson Street.

Lots of actual and proposed construction activity in the area which is nice to see; this location is right in the heart of that uncontrolled 'reverse s' turn off Lampson onto Transfer which is super busy especially during the 2x daily commute and on weekends. Depending where the entry/exit driveway is built I'm not certain I'd envy the residents trying to get in and out of this complex.

The 1970s name reflects the look of this throwback to the 70s design.

If only there was some online resource that could answer your question and put your worries to rest, accessible with just a single mouse click, and presented in a 3-minute or faster read...  :rtfm:

And if that's too much to ask, the info is also written in the post on which you're commenting  :badpc:  :badpc:  :badpc:

...parking access via Lampson Street...

Presumably, this house on Lampson will be removed as part of the development

Are any other Lampson properties involved (i.e. for the development of the children's play area?)

Meh I'm working so the comment was a quick response to a brief perusal of the original post. Didn't have time to browse the web but thanks for pointing out the same source for the details of the proposal is the same one where any info regarding Kari Lake could and can be easily found....
