Is it not a staff member asking the woman to leave?

The last part is, where she says she will call the cops. The rest before that is the victim berating the complainant.
Quote from the article.
"The woman proceeded to get into a shouting match with staff about Khangura being in the gym. She insisted that Khangura is not a female."

We put three 10’ seacans on small concrete footings on clear ground and required five different permits. Nothing can ever happen fast. Government won’t let it.
Wow! A 10' shipping container is only 7.4 metres square or 80 square feet. I thought anything under 10 metres square or 96 square feet is not considered a structure and subsequently does not require a building permit in British Columbia.
I am currently building a tiny office less than 96 square feet that I believe I could put almost anywhere without any sort of permit.
5 permits? Not just 1? I know that the use of the structure sometimes plays a role...like for housing. What am I missing?

They are considered accessory units. CRD said “one you can get away with, more than that we come knocking”.
We require a development permit from the CRD, permit from the islands trust as well as a variance due to being a few cm too close to the building in one spot, a permit from moti due to setback from the roadway (the zoning allows for zero setback but moti has their own rules), a permit from the archaeological branch due to the Fulford Bowl, a permit from technical safety bc or whatever they are called now for the electrical. That’s five, right?
Can you not just put them on wheels and call them temporary trailers?
