The Broughton pier walkway is being reinforced as some of the pilings are a century old.

Best guess is the red fish blue fish pier.

Red Fish Blue Fish, Victoria Fire Department dock, and a nice shower/laundry/washroom facility for moorage guests of the Victoria Harbour Authority.
