[Victoria Watcher]

Victoria Hot Chocolate Festival is a 32 day event running from Jan. 20 to Feb. 20, 2024. Participating local businesses will showcase their creativity and community spirit by creating hot chocolate experiences that support the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Centre.
