That's definitely a piece of evidence worth considering.... is it normal for a 30 yr old man to text a 14 yr old girl "I miss you so much!" among other weird things....

Here's 14 yr old Millie unintentionally exposing Drake as a weirdo, at the very least...

if we really go down to the root of it could not agree more yeah but you said
16:42
it's being done to divide us okay by who who's doing it
16:50
well who benefits and profits off are
16:55
bickering in our division you know who like follow the money I don't know their names bill but if you
17:01
follow the money you go high enough you start to see okay
17:07
um you know this is an industry okay let's take let's take rap music
17:14
let's take it same people who on the labels on the prisons
17:20
so literally the same people literally the same people who own
17:26
the labels on private prisons so
17:31
so you know
17:37
it seems really kind of suspicious if you want to say that word
17:42
that you know the records that come out
17:49
are really geared to push
17:54
people towards that prison industry but they didn't make you write those lyrics it's not about making
18:01
it's not about making somebody write the lyrics it's about
18:07
um being there as guard rails to make sure certain songs make it through and
18:13
certain songs Don't certain flavors are Exposed on the
18:18
record you know some records are made by committee you meaning record company guys sit
18:25
around and tell the artists this is hot say that do this we're gonna
18:32
have this guy write the lyrics we're gonna have that so the The Narrative is
18:38
really kind of you know structured and and and and and
18:43
and and really made into what the record company want the record to be and what
18:49
the you know a lot of artists are frustrated with this kind of music making.....

Wild.

Ok, I can see a little more nuance to this whole thing now. What’s Drake going to do now to deflect? Start dating Kim Kardashian?

Drake's response has basically been, "prove it" and "oh, I baited you with fake info and you believed it, lol"

Re: Kardashian, idk, but apparently Kanye is on team Kdot.

The reason I don't think this is a manufactured beef, is that Kendrick is out to straight up destroy's Drake's reputation. He's trying to put him into pasture, like R. Kelly. And we're starting to see the court of public opinion change -- Drake fans are gonna have a hard time defending a pedophile.

And here's what's at stake for the music industry when people stop liking Drake.

Among the world's best-selling music artists, with over 170 million records sold, Drake is ranked as the highest-certified digital singles artist in the United States by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[10] He has won five Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards39 Billboard Music Awards, two Brit Awards, and three Juno Awards. He has achieved 13 number-one hits on the Billboard Hot 100, a joint-record for the most number-one singles by a male solo artist (tied with Michael Jackson).[11] Drake holds further Hot 100 records, including the most top 10 singles (77), and the most charted songs (329).[12] From 2018 to 2023, Drake held the record for the most simultaneously charted songs in one week (27), the most Hot 100 debuts in one week (22);[13] and held the most continuous time on the Hot 100 (431 weeks).[a] He additionally has the most number-one singles on the R&B/Hip-Hop AirplayHot R&B/Hip-Hop SongsHot Rap Songs, and Rhythmic Airplay charts.

Drake has business interests tied to a TON of other rap/r&b musicians on his label.

If Kendrick successfully assassinates his character, billions of dollars evaporate from the Drake music empire.

Wellllllll maybe a lil.

If you believe those claims. They are disputable and not proven. On the musical front though, he was a true Genius. That is disputable with Drake....

Yeah, I was surprised learn how incredibly commercially successful he is. And that he's regarded as potentially one of the best rappers alive, or at least one of the "big 3" at the moment.

I was living in TO when he was just starting his "rap career" and was known for being the wheelchair-bound token guy on the lame degrassi remake... I was involved in a totally different music scene, but Toronto's not that big so you heard things... but at that time it was widely known that "Drake" (Aubrey) possessed the opposite of street cred. The guy grew up in Forest Hill...   if you're familiar with Toronto's geography, that says it all... (and it's no coincidence that Drake is half Jewish AND grew up in Forest Hill -- big Jewish population there).

So the fact he tricked American hip hop into thinking he's "one of them" is surprising to a lot of Canadians. Drake's fakery is a big part of Kendrick's message...
