Do we know if it's rental housing?

From the TC

The new units would range in size from 255 square feet (assisted living) to 1,030 square feet and include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-and-den, two-bedroom and assisted-care units.

A housing agreement would ensure that a minimum of 50 per cent of the units are maintained as market rental for 20 years and 26 units are to be used for assisted living.

Have we seen any of these renderings here before?

This article highlights the timeline from the mid-2000s to the July 23rd approval, and what is being retained as part of the heritage restoration portion of this project.

Are all 3 of the existing houses fronting McClure Street part of this redevelopment?

No. Only the Temple Residence, the right-most, is being retained. The other two will not be accommodated as part of the new project. But on the north side the Cartreff Residence will be restored. It’s visible top-right.

It's actually the green house top left (on Burdett) being incorporated into the new development, while the house top right will be demolished. On McClure, the home on the left is not on the property at all and is slated to be demolished for Abigail's expansion. The middle home has been recently fixed up (for a temporary site office, I'm guessing) and the 3rd home (the large brown one) will be saved and moved to the lower right corner once the underground parking is prepared there.

Ah, very good. I meant the top-left, not top-right.

And interesting that you see the house as green on the left. I see it as teal/blue.

MikeK: You might want to get checked for colour blindness. There are some conditions that come on very fast and need to be looked at.

The house looks blue in the satellite image NParker posted (to me, at least), but then when you switch to google street view, it's definitely dark green. I think everyone's right!
