This property has now been returned to Robbins for use as a parking lot for the time being. With that in mind, I gather this proposal is nowhere close to being approved.

Never mind approved, they don't even have a rezoning application in with the City yet!

Far too close to the Juan de Fuca fault line, anyways. Wouldn't want those full-floor suites to be damaged in any major earthquake event.

They would need a strategy to work with the affordable housing requirement. 20% of 21 units would be just over 4.2 units.

Under 60 units is cash-in-lieu, though I'm not sure what the rate is or if it's established through a land lift analysis

Yes, it's well underway behind the scenes. It's quite a complex project by the sounds of it and its still in the early pre-application phase with municipal planners.

In the race of Harris Green two-phase buildings that share a parkade, which do we suspect will get underway first...The Ventana or 1088 Johnson?
I asked David Jawl back in the summer if he knew timelines for 1088 being it's across from his firehall project, but he was unsure.
