Maybe I got my big city bias on, never knew anyone who lived in a downtown area who used outside parking...

Basically all of Montreal, including me when I lived there :)

This property has now been returned to Robbins for use as a parking lot for the time being. With that in mind, I gather this proposal is nowhere close to being approved.

Never mind approved, they don't even have a rezoning application in with the City yet!

Far too close to the Juan de Fuca fault line, anyways. Wouldn't want those full-floor suites to be damaged in any major earthquake event.

It’s still quite early yet. The proposal is making its way through the pre-application process. It’ll be very high end with industry-leading materials.

Know it all.

They would need a strategy to work with the affordable housing requirement. 20% of 21 units would be just over 4.2 units.

Under 60 units is cash-in-lieu, though I'm not sure what the rate is or if it's established through a land lift analysis
