In those changes, businesses can now make and sell their own frozen dairy products if the ingredients used originated as a prepared mix from a licensed dairy plant.

Can anyone explain why Dairyland milk has twice the sugar of Natrel/Island Farms milk? I've been buying Island Farms because that is what is sold at my normal grocery store, but I recently bought Dairyland at a different store. Immediately I noticed it tasted different. I believe Dairyland has 12g sugar per cup, and Island Farms has 7g. That's a huge difference!

Yes, dairy milk contains natural sugar – but that’s really nothing to worry about. Though there’s a raft of misinformation floating around the web, I’m here to tell you that the sugar found in dairy milk is as natural as the very cows making the stuff.
I’m not a sports dietitian for nothing – trust me!

After drinking two litres of milk per day for about 50 years, I gave it up entirely when I went on a much needed diet.
Best move I've ever made in terms of food consumption.
No more migraine headaches after two or three a month for those same 50 years, easily lost 30 pounds, and have no problem keeping those 30 pounds off.
It's a bit like crack though, in that if I started keeping milk in my fridge again, I'm 100% sure I'd be right back up to at least 2 litres per day in less than a week.

I know but double the sugar? Are the cows really that different? Surely they eat the same diet, and I would expect they are the same breed.
