on our high alcohol line (legions of doom) we will be done with the vow of silence pretty quick and next is Phillips Hammer, then on to Driftwood 20 pounder.
Also, we are almost done with our Green flash ipa and it will switch to Elysian's savant ipa.
also a new line will have Ninkasi's Total domination IPA.
always something fresh at Garrick's head.

haven't been very active in this thread lately. been busy with Garricks Head and Victoria Beer Week. I am also building a new bar in our hotel lobby that used to house a coffee shop. i am installing a new 50 line draught system in there. the Garricks head now has 55 taps. there will be no duplicate beers, 105 different beers on tap.
Its a great time to be involved with draught beer, so many options.

Personally not a fan of that brewery, but it appears on the draught list at Garrick's Head at the moment - http://garrickshead.com/draught/

That brewery is a sham. Stanley Park brewery based in Delta, pretending it's environmentally conscious with the world's smallest wind turbine that probably powers a couple of computers.
They make Hell's Gate beer. Enough said about their quality.

Great news for those that like beer.
http://www.victoriab...bc-beer-awards/
Over the summer, Victoria was ranked #17 among the world’s best beer cities.
So it’s no surprise that our breweries are doing quite a few things right. Their creativity and the delicious ales and lagers that come out of it seldom disappoint.
This was proven once again at the 2018 BC Beer Awards, where 11 Vancouver Island breweries received recognition for their beverages.
- Twin City Brewing Company (Port Alberni): Best in Show award, #2 Dark & Strong European Beer, #1 Specialty Fruit Beer, #2 Specialty Wild Ale
- Sooke Brewing Company: Rookie of the Year award, #2 German Pils, #2 Amber German Beer, #3 Strong Ale, #2 Strong Belgian Ale
- Axe & Barrel Brewing Company: #1 International Lager, #3 North American IPA
- LoveShack Libations (Qualicum Beach): #3 German Pils
- Sooke Oceanside Brewery: #1 Dark & Strong European Beer,. #3 German Wheat Beer, #1 UK Brown Ale
- Spinnakers Brewpub: #3 Dark & Strong European Beer
- Twa Dogs Brewery: #3 Smoke & Wood Aged Beer, #2 Saison
- Vancouver Island Brewing: #2 North American Light Beer
- Category 12 Brewing: #2 North American Amber & Brown Ale
- Gladstone Brewing Company (Courtenay): #2 North American Porter & Stout
- Mount Arrowsmith Brewing Company (Parksville): #2 North American IPA

Shameless self-promotion: the Fernwood Pizza Company has garnered rather the reputation for being a craft beer draw. The Manager rotates a few of the taps rather regularly. We've run through many of the beers listed above, and many others. Earlier this month, for example, the taps were: Wolf Vine PA (Hoyne), So Fresh, So Green (R&B Brewing), Sartori Harvest IPA (Driftwood) and Time Warp PA (Townsite). Nice collection of bottled beers, too. They're usually posted on Instagram when changed up.
I think the FPC has more of a reputation for craft beer selection than the Inn (which also rotates through similar beers)!

As a dedicated drinker of Driftwood's Fat Tug (my favorite beer by far) ... what are the main differences between that, and Driftwoods Sartori Harvest IPA?

I'm not that much of a craft beer aficionado, but a coworker is and he waits patiently every year for Sartori. The difference between the two is that Sartori is wet-hopped, as opposed to dry-hopped like most other beers, like Fat Tug. I have no idea what that wet-hopped vs dry-hopped does to the flavour.
