We have a diesel powered drone 25,000 feet in the air.

That’s about a year old.

I like that radial part.  Otherwise nothing looks too exciting there, considering they were able to start from scratch.

^It great in that it’s always flying and always full of diesel. So when the power goes out, it moves into position above my house and it acts like a generator.

Royal Bay will get exciting closer to the water.

No. Not where those existing homes are no. It just looks like any other newer subdivision.

I bet there are a fair number of people that would trade a big private back yard for a property just backing onto a park like that.

I am not sure. I just used the photo link from Fairbanks post above. That image appears to be from a VW screenshot posted on October 14, 2022. Perhaps Victoria Watcher can elaborate on the date/source of the image.
