This now has banners(not sure if that's the correct term) on the construction fence surrounding the site.

Our remarkably priced homes start at only $259,000. Please contact us at 250.383.1725 for our full pricing.

Studios (approx. 454 sf) from $259,000
One Bedroom (approx. 600 sf) from $279,000
Two Bedrooms (approx. 922 sf) from $429,000
Two Bedrooms & Loft (approx. 900 sf) from $439,000

Don't you have to be clinically insane to buy a 454 sf place with no view for $260K?

601 Herald held a Social Media Marketing seminar yesterday in their now complete Sales Centre. From the looks of everything, it is going to be a great product once finished, and the overall feel of the pricing was very positive. I think this place will have no problem selling out.

Let's push the social media marketing envelope and disclose the location of the sales centre: 619 Broughton Street.

Wait a minute.

1) You went to a Social Media Marketing seminar there yesterday.
2) Today, you created a VV account.
3) Your very first post on this forum is praising 601H.

Couldn't wait to put that new know-how to work eh? :)

They didn't teach you to be a little more subtle, or is that next week's topic?

Nice floor plans, especially the lofts. 465 a square foot is pretty pricey though...

Haha, something like that! It was good though, very educational speaker. David Allison, he came in from vancouver.

The Sales Centre is open by appointment, so you have to call to get in. i'd definitely give it a look if you haven't seen it, it's different than other offerings in Victoria. Smaller building, more boutique.

$465 / ft seems pretty average for Victoria, doesn't it?

There are some 3d models shown on the site now:

This very well could be one of the nicest condo buildings I have seen. So when is ground breaking?

All the logoed fence-wrap has been removed from the site. It was looking like crap, so I'm uncertain if the project is dead/on hold, or they just wanted to clean up the torn wrap.

Anyone been by the sales office (619 Broughton)?

I've been told that they will be digging in April. I think there is "601 Herald Event" at Up After Dark on the 22nd of that month.

I park nearby and had to deal with the torn banners flying in the wind and the fence falling in parts. It looks like a new fence (from a different company).

There had been trucks in the lot but I think they were working on the building next door on Government.
