Completely and totally happy with those who want the wall being the ones to pay for it. Most of them want to pick and choose which social programs the government supports anyways (i.e Planned Parenthood).

So let them pay for it since they firmly believe in picking and choosing what government funds.

Are locals paying to build a wall along the Douglas Street busway? If not, what the **** do many of these recent posts have to do with the subject of this thread?

Are thread titles merely suggestions now and can any topic be discussed?

Why is it alright for you to participate in an off-topic aside, but you take issue when others do it?

I do it very occasionally and generally regret it afterwards. If I promise to never go off-topic again will the mods promise to keep all threads on topic?

...and I bet it's wet and windy on the Douglas Street Busway this evening (post now on-topic)

We're not all that interested in being forum nazi's. It's ok for threads to stray, they go back to their regular programming soon enough and when warranted are split into other threads or merged. We've been at this for 13 years now and so far it's worked out.

What we'd appreciate is for you to refrain from posting your off-topic images.

Cassidy, congratulations! You've made it to my exclusive list of people that I have to ignore/block on this site due to uninformed/ignorant ad nauseam rants about a single topic.

Don't care ... not even a little bit.

You won't see this post though, so I won't eagerly anticipate your witty rejoinder.

Amazing the MAGAns didn't think of this sooner. Why aren't they out there digging holes and putting up fence posts?

Now over $10m. Although it won’t ever pay for the wall, it does help remind Trump and other republicans that it’s something the base strongly wants

You can ride a bus in the bus lanes for free after 6 PM on New Years Eve (same as last year but the bus lanes didn't exist) https://bctransit.co...d=1529702648608

So if Cassidy's logic re bikes only being allowed in bike lanes was also applied to buses and bus lanes....... ?  :)

The best roads for all are those that are wide enough for everyone but don't have any markings on them other than a centre line.

The only road I think bikes (and other vehicles incapable of consistently going at least 60 kmh) should be outright banned from that they're not already is the Pat Bay Highway north of Ravine Way.

Careful, that's how Canada accidentally legalized cannibalism instead of cannabis.
