^^Ohhhh, now I get it. it's just a tag that's been pixelated. I thought it looked pretty good and was wondering how it was possible to paint those intricate patterns!

You think that's something, there's a series of works behind the Wholesale Club that's intricately 3D - mind blowing stuff with a few cans of paint.

^Yeah, but those guys are standing on solid ground--I mistakenly thought the guy above painted that complex design while hanging off a drain pipe four storeys up!

Below are pictures from a local heritage building that was damaged by a criminal.

That pic certainly says a lot re: the pride Victorians take in their heritage buildings.

As per the formula, there's a pretty impressive ground floor hiding under there.

Meanwhile, the CoV probably has the graffiti "artist" on a shortlist for affordable housing.

OBPD: “On June 26, 2020, An Oak Bay Police member was flagged down by a citizen to report youth spray painting graffiti on the sea wall near the 1400 Block of Beach Drive. Police located two young people at the scene. Parents were called and attended. Alternative measures were taken, and youths were not charged. The graffiti was cleaned up. 2020-1963” http://oakbaypolice....1-june-28-2020/

I believe a plaque was taken down (as in hacked down) along the galloping goose at the exit to Glow. I can’t remember what it was for but the hacked out remnants are there. Funny that no one cares that it’s gone. Must take the fun out of it.

I bet there would be a pretty intense police hunt if somebody knocked over a totem pole.

Hows that low brow? Hes commented on hypocrisy and a two tier law enforcement we seem to have in this city. And he's right

Right about what? Something that we don't have any information on whatsoever?

I'm actually a little surprised an editor OK'd this story.

On a rooftop in Bastion Square, the word “anus”  is scrawled in spraypaint.

Some see humour.

“I think it’s a bit funny, but I also don’t care,” said one young woman.

“It doesn’t bother me. It does no harm,” said another.

“Maybe there’s more. Maybe it’s not just there, it’s all over the city.”

It seems to be a trend. Potty-humour tags are popping up all over Greater Victoria.

From portapotties to mailboxes to the sides of the shuttered iconic Turner Building on the corner of Richmond and Birch Street.

“Big Texas Cummer, that’s the one!” said a woman who lives by, looking at the tag.

“I mean I just don’t understand the big Texas part, like maybe he’s from Texas? I want to know the back story.”
