Windows are in up to the 6th floor, and falsework is going up to the 14th floor.
This is really starting to take shape and looks good. I'm hoping the creamy and beige y colors look better in person than in the renderings.

Walking through Millie's Lane yesterday, I was impressed with how wide the addition is to the laneway. I think it is going to be a nice spot.

Era's showroom will being reopening shortly
Era's showroom has reopened and they've sharpened their pencil, especially on one bedroom units without parking on the lower floors on the north side. Starting at $400 per square foot. They are actually cheaper on a per sq/ft basis than 2009 pre-sale prices at the 834 and the Era is superior building and location in my opinion (coming from someone who owns a unit at the 834).
Estimate completion is April, 2015.

It's a bit tough to tell, but it looks like drywall is being installed on the 3rd residential floor.

My wife and I have been lucky enough to buy one of the upper floor units, PH6.

It would appear the the roof of the 14th floor will be poured this week. One more floor to go. But to be honest this building would have looked great at 17 floors and peaked a little above the table top skyline we have going on.

I have always hoped that a few extra floors could be sneaked on. Ideally this should have been a 20-floor project.

Yes 20 floors would have been ideal for this project. As it stands this building is going to be about as tall as Juliet, St Andrews Square and the CIBC building, so that short table top skyline continues.
From street level this building is starting to look fantastic.
