Lower floors were blocked by another building.

Era is now up to 82% sold!
I rented out my unit very quickly, had 11 rental applications.

Yesterday the locksmith was there, working with someone on how they can better secure the back gate to the courtyard. I knew that was going to become an issue.

There will be a security guard out there eventually... The zombies consider this their zone and it's been spiffed up so there is actually more activity now! I see a broad shouldered, confident, fair minded, tough guy patrolling the area soon....

It's hard to believe that a small city of 400,000 people has a need for security guards patrolling the perimeter of a residential building (now that SWAT has removed some sort of a threat inside the building). I saw stuff like this in South Africa. Gates, fences, security guards, and surveillance. Is that where we are heading?
