Is Fire and Water any good overall?
I'm always wary of hotel restaurants.
I heard that service was a little rough when they first opened, but that things are ironing themselves out. From my experience, the food is top notch.
There's certainly a long list of bad hotel restaurants, but the decent ones are worthwhile, although getting more high end: Fire & Water at the Marriott, Lure at the Delta (amazing room/view, food is great too), The Mark at the Grand Pacific.
Creepy and hungry...
