interesting predictions - certainly at odds with what is being said internally at the Dean Team or Open Victoria.

I'm going to predict Dean and his team winning, Chris and Young some how losing their seats to more of Dean's friends, and Gregory Hartnell some how becoming the mayor of Oak Bay.
I predict this because despite it's educated population, amazing setting and environment, and wonderful bones and history to build upon, Victoria has constantly proven it hates its self.
