Oh man, that would be incredible. But considering they only have one in Vancouver, I doubt they'd open here before another location there.
EDIT: They actually have one in Burnaby and one in Surrey, but I still think we're not high up on the expansion list.
What I'm really hoping we get is a nuba, the Vancouver based Lebanese restaurant/cafe. It is unbelievably good and we have nothing like it over here.

I think they're still working on nailing down the lease. Once that's done, and it's coming, they'll be able to start negotiating with tenants in other spaces. The business we're talking about would be located at the southwest corner of the building, I believe.
